Individual therapy

Individual therapy sessions are 60 minutes and cover a variety of subjects depending on your needs and goals. No topic is off limits here! These sessions are for folks of all genders, ages 18+, who are looking to improve their quality of life and overall mental health.

Insurance & Fees
The fee for individual therapy is $150 per session.
A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available based on financial need.
I am currently in-network with the following insurance carriers:
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Aetna
Optum
Harvard Pilgrim
United Health Care
Some PPO insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services. Please contact your insurance company directly to determine if you have out-of-network benefits; if eligible, Heart Space will provide you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
